I am not Keith, and I wasn’t there. So I can only guess. I know that Keith great uncle photographed a alot of mob figures both in Elizabeth, NJ and in Chicago… his name was Sal Terracino, and he was a famous psychic, photographer, mask maker… Keith took after him.
Oriental Movements… a movie on a still Secret: move the camera with your moving subjects, the background gets blurry, and the effect of movement is obvious, a movie effect. by the way, your foreground should be attractive, like these two young women in New York City
Some of these pictures leave me wondering. The people seem so close… but they don’t even know about each other’s existence. Not that they care. The street is to get from one place to the other, hopefully fast. The other people there are only in the way.
Actually, this is not just some big guy. He is BIG Mike, inseparable companion to Keith Terracina, the maverick photographer. Big Mike himself is an accomplished photographer, and comes handy during tense situation to add weight to Keith’s point… If you know what I mean. Pun intended
