This is my first blog, a lot of people have been bugging me to do it, even my partner so here we go. Sunday morning August 29th, I’m sitting in front of Penn Station, getting ready to go to work at a camera store – actually, outside the camera store taking pictures all day of real people, real fashion, trying to get customers in the store and making a sale every now and then.

But anyway, let me back up till Friday. I’m working in three different locations so Friday, during the day – there’s a store I’m working on 32nd next to a very big church, an Asian church – Catholic Christian church – I’m not even sure. That’s on the left side. On the right side is a big hair extension and wig store.

So, you have these religious – I have to call them fanatics – praying in front of the church or people going in. And on the other side you have women of the evening, go-go dancers, wild women with their extensions and their wigs. On top of this, three buildings away is a rehabilitation methadone clinic. Like I’m standing outside keeps them away from knowing it’s the first of the month with all my bills and kids going to school and all these problems I have financially.

So anyway, Saturday, a location two blocks away. A lot of tourists, a lot of people rushing to get to Penn station – another interesting mix. These are Pakistanis I’m working for. The other ones are Lebanese. So I got interesting people in the store or out the store. Well, the night time – fortunately, my lawyer friend brings me to all these crazy events. Friday night, rooftop, networking party, but after that I just got to talk to you about this.
