My 26th day straight working in Manhattan. I’ve been using a refurbished new Lumix camera DCM-35. Hold on, I want to check that model number right now. DCM-F35, that’s 10 megapixels, small Lumix with a Leica lens. You can pick this up refurbished probably for about $120. It’s simply amazing – small, compact, it’s one of my favorite paparazzi cameras.

Okay, since it’s raining here, I’ll get my designer umbrella photographs in Manhattan today in 7th Avenue. Yesterday something happened. It happened about probably eight times. Some lady called the police saying I was taking pictures of her ass and women’s body parts.

There’s a woman that walked by, probably I took her picture. I hold the camera down, always, facing the other way before I take a picture so maybe she’s thought I was taking pictures of body parts. Anyway, the police came, questioned me, got me in the squad’s car, checked out the camera. I said I’m from Portraits of New York, it’s our project in the works. One cop said, “We’ve seen you around.” I said, “Look, there are as many guys on here as girls.” Anyway, that was smoothed out.

This is my third day of zero alcohol and zero carbs. I’m feeling good. My neck is shrinking. I feel better, look better. It’s going to be maybe two weeks of this. My true test would be at these Halloween parties. I really want to do this, so let’s see.

On these Halloween parties I really like to go behind the scenes. I did the parades and all these stuff. I don’t know much more to say but action packed weekend’s coming up, doing a karaoke party tomorrow night. I’m the judge and photographer.

Signing off.
